Trading Services
Our platform facilitates cryptocurrency trading, gift card exchanges, and bill payments. You acknowledge that:
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile and subject to market fluctuations.
- Transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from market volatility.
- Exchange rates and fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.
Fees and Payments
MyKalt charges fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account.
Prohibited Activities

- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices.

Intellectual Property
All content on MyKalt, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kalt Technologies Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MyKalt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyKalt and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Dispute Resolution
